2Pre-Construction
You will meet directly with Owner Lori Serum to discuss your lifestyle preferences, design needs, and construction budget. From there, we’ll collaborate closely with you and our draftsman to bring your vision to life, ensuring your home is thoughtfully designed to complement your unique way of living. Before breaking ground, we’ll meet again to review every project detail, ensuring nothing is overlooked. Our goal is to create a home you’ll love and never want to leave.
3Construction Phase
Once construction begins we will provide you with a general construction time table for the construction of your home. During this time you will meet out at your new home for a low voltage and electrical walk-through. We will also guide you through the process of making the remainder of your selections and give you a timeline of when selections need to be completed.
4Final Walk-through
As your home nears completion a pre-walkthrough will be scheduled and you will go through the home to ensure that everything is as you expect. Any touch up items will be noted and taken care of prior to the final walk-through. During the final walkthrough we verify that any punch list items have been taken care of and the home is ready for move-in. After you move in our HVAC contractor will go through all of the mechanics in your home and answer any questions you may have. We will also present you with your Homeowner’s Manual which includes your warranty guidelines, how and when to report warranty work and homeowner maintenance tips.
5Closing & Move-In
The excitement continues as we move into the closing of your new home. From there all we can say is Welcome Home to your dream home and welcome to the Regency Family!
