Expanding Living & Transforming Spaces
The major components of this remodel were the addition of a covered porch off the primary suite and new dormers above the garage. The covered porch required selective removal of existing structure, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor connection and allowing space for a new office and small sitting area. Above the garage, added dormers transformed the bonus room by increasing ceiling height and bringing in abundant natural light.
Secondary updates included refreshing the former dining room into a dining, coffee, and bar space. The kitchen remained largely unchanged, with the addition of a new island as the primary update.
