Regatta – Double Bathroom Remodel

Regency Homes transformed two dated bathrooms in a Regatta Wayzata Bay Residence into stunning, design-forward spaces that feel both elevated and livable, in collaboration with the talented team at Lucy Interiors.

The original bathrooms featured warm cherry wood vanities, beige countertops, and neutral tile, functional, but lacking personality. Together, Regency Homes and Lucy Interiors reimagined both spaces with a fresh, curated aesthetic that brings in color, texture, and custom detail. The remodeled bathrooms now feature custom sage green shaker-style vanities with brushed brass hardware, beautiful countertops, and gold fixtures that add warmth and sophistication. Textured wallcovering grounds each space while vertical stacked tile in the shower creates bold visual interest. Sculptural gold-framed mirrors and globe pendant lighting complete the look, giving each bathroom a boutique hotel quality rarely found in residential remodels.
