We started the process during Covid, and from the very beginning the Regency Team was up front and transparent about the entire process. I cannot say enough about their follow through. Any time that any little thing would come up, Lori would call us directly, listen & understand the situation and handle it immediately. They were with us till the end and beyond making sure we were in love with our new home and that everything was functioning properly.
