We never planned to build a house, but decided to after looking at the market and not finding the home we wanted. Regency came very recommended from friends and were tremendous to work with! The entire team is engaged with a focus on providing us the complete custom home we desired designed from scratch. We most appreciated the in-depth knowledge and experience the entire team provided from initial drafting to exterior design to the smallest detail of the inside to things like towel bars and location of outlets. Their subs were amazing and genuinely enjoyed working with Regency. Regency team kept on schedule on task and even worked with us for a few items we wanted to do ourselves like painting. As my wife and I were complete building novices, Regency and their subs struck the perfect balance of providing opinions and pros/cons of options but never once pushed their own preferences on us, WE decided with some educated opinions. We very much appreciated never being pushed to their desires or the latest trends just making sure we were informed and happy with what WE wanted. All pricing was right up front and up to date to keep us within our budget. Our realtor who was not familiar with Regency compared their prices and services to other builders and found them to be very fairly priced with higher quality than most builders. He hadn’t seen the engagement Regency provided in other builders either. Our home was completed on time and we LOVE it! They continued after completion to follow up on warranty items and repairs.
